Directors

Henry L. Bachman

Mr. Bachman became a director of the Company in January 1999 and has a 48 year career in the electronics industry. From 1951 to 1996, Mr. Bachman served as Vice President of Hazeltine, a subsidiary of Marconi Aerospace Systems Inc., Advanced Systems Division, on a full-time basis and currently provides consulting services to them on a part-time basis. Mr. Bachman was President of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Mr. Bachman has a Bachelor degree and Masters degree from Polytechnic University as well as completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Sloan School of Management.

Joseph Garrity
Director
Mr. Garrity became a director of the Company in July 2007. Mr. Garrity was Chief Financial Officer of 4 Kids Entertainment Inc., a New York Stock Exchange publicly traded company (NYSE: KDE), from 1991 to December 2005. In January 2006, Mr. Garrity became Chairman of the Board of Trustees of a private college, and in January 2007 became a partner in a capital investment fund. Mr. Garrity has 24 years of experience in executive financial management and is a CPA and a member of the AICPA and the NYSSCPA's. Additionally, Mr. Garrity has prior experience as a Senior Audit Manager for Deloitte &Touche LLP.

Paul Genova

Mr. Genova joined the Company in September 2003 in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer and was appointed CEO on November 16, 2009. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Genova served as CFO with Wilson Logistics, Inc. a supply chain management and industrial services provider which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wilson Logistics Holdings, AB Sweden. Previously from 1985 to 1994, Mr. Genova worked with Deloitte & Touche, a Big Five Accounting firm, as a Senior Audit Manager working with various global manufacturing companies. Mr. Genova earned his New York State CPA certificate in 1983 and has his BS degree in Accounting from Manhattan College.

Glenn Luk
Director
Mr. Luk was nominated by the Board in May 2010 as a director for the Company. Mr. Luk is a Vice President at Investcorp Technology Partners joining Investcorp in 2005. Prior to Investcorp, he was an associate at Deutsche Bank where he focused on leveraged finance in New York. Mr. Luk also spent three years in Hong Kong with Deutsche Bank, focusing on mergers and acquisitions advisory in Greater China, Korea and Japan. Mr. Luk currently sits a board director of Kentrox and Zeta Interactive, an alternate director for OpSec Security Group and works closely with Dialogic.
Mr. Luk graduated with a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wharton with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Rick Mace
Director
Rick Mace became a director of the Company in July 2007 and is an experienced CEO and COO within the telecommunications and networking markets with knowledge and extensive experience with hardware/software and service business models. From April 2005 to present, Mr. Mace served as COO of Tekelec, Inc., which produces network signaling systems within telecommunications networks. Mr. Mace joined Tekelec as President and General Manager in October 2004 in connection with the acquisition by Tekelec of Steleus Group, Inc., a communications software company for which he was CEO and Chairman of the Board from May 2000 until the aforementioned acquisition in October 2004. Prior to Steleus, Mr. Mace was President and CEO of PakNetX, Inc. which was acquired by Aspect Communications. Prior to PakNetX, Mr. Mace was CEO of Network Programs, Inc., which was acquired by DSET Corporation. Mr. Mace also served as Worldwide Vice President Marketing and Sales of Digital Equipment Corporations Service Division, and COO of Bell Atlantic Network Integration, Inc.

Adrian Nemcek

Prior to joining the Company in July 2007, Mr. Nemcek was President of the Motorola Networks business from January 2005 until his retirement in March 2006 and he has 36 years of experience in the wireless industry. Mr. Nemcek expanded the scope of the Motorola Networks business to provide cellular radio access, IP networks, telco wireless access, WiMAX wireless access platforms, embedded communications and computer platforms, as wel as providing customers with a sevices and applications management business focused in these areas. Prior to heading the Networks business, from August 2002 to December 2004, Mr. Nemcek served as Executive Vice President and led global sales and strategy functions for the Motorola Cellular Networks business following five years in Europe leading the GSM Systems business. Mr. Nemcek's professional experience spans both the cellular and Private Mobile Radio (PMR) markets. He has successfully led product development for several generations of handheld and infrastructure communications products. Adrian's leadership spanned new technology development, supply chain, marketing and worldwide business line management. He currently serves on the HP Communications, Multi-Media and Entertainment Board of Advisors, the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) Board of Trustees, and the Auburn University Wireless Board of Advisors.  Mr. Nemcek was appointed by the Board to serve as Chairman of the Board.

Anand Radhakrishnan

Director

Mr. Radhakrishnan, age 36, joined the Company in September of 2011 as a member of the Board. Mr. Radhakrishnan is a Principal at Investcorp Technology Partners and has worked there since 2002. Previously, he was with The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C., where he worked in the Venture Capital Group and at Robertson Stephens in San Francisco, where he was a member of the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Team. He currently sits on the boards of Kentrox, OpSec Security Group and Zeta Interactive. Mr. Radhakrishnan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Joseph Debold
Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing
Mr. Debold has served  as the Company's Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing since March 2011 and has served as the Company's Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing in a non-officer role since joining the Company in April 2010. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Debold served as a Vice President of Sales and Business Development at EXTOL International. In 2003, Mr. Debold founded, and served as President, the consulting firm of Camelot, Inc. until his departure in 2009. Previous to that, Mr. Debold served in various sales, marketing and operating leadership roles at Relavis Corporation (part of Group Business Software AG), Worldtalk (part of Axway) and Candle Corporation (now part of IBM). Mr. Debold is a graduate of Fordham University's MBA School and Manhattan College.

Robert Censullo
Acting Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Censullo has served as the Company's Acting Chief Financial Officer since September 2010 and since November 2005 has served, and continues to serve, as the Company's Corporate Controller and Corporate Secretary. From April 1999 to October 2005, Mr. Censullo held various financial positions within the Company, including accounting manager. Prior to such time, Mr. Censullo worked for Interim Technology, a division of Interim Services, Inc., as an accountant. Mr. Censullo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Peter's College.
